Despite having significant freedoms in Japan, Koreans with ties to North Korea, as well as the South, remain less than 1% Christian.
There are as many as 1 Million Koreans living in Japan. 1/3 of them have ties to North Korea, 1/3 of them align with South Korea… and 1/3 of them are ‘stateless’.
Those aligning with North Korea, attend schools where portraits of the Kims are placed above blackboards. and they’re taught to be good communists.
